A Kite Buggy is a lightweight, three-wheeled creation that you sit in. There is no attached form of power, so to get moving you need to use your Power Kite Skills. The Kite transmits the power of the wind to the Buggy wheels, and off you go!
Kite Buggying is really easy to learn, as once you have good control over a Power Kite, you can sit back into a Buggy and let the Kite pull you around. When seated, you’re only about 4 inches off the ground, so the buzz you get when moving is great! When you get confident, it is possible to reach speeds of around 50mph (although you need a fair amount of space for that!).
Also, like with Kite boarding, the Power Kite is more than capable of lifting you up – so you’re able to carry out some great mid-air tricks. As well as this, you can make the Kite Buggy skid around, and even ride around on just two wheels, with one sticking up in the air!
