Kite buggying is a wind-based sport, and is a real rush – if you have never seen kite bugging, you must try it!
You sit in a three wheel buggy (which you steer with your feet) close to the ground, and use the power kite to pull you along…
In our kite buggy lessons, we will give all the coaching needed to fly the kite, and then get you going in the buggy.
Kite buggying can be carried out on the beach or grassland. You can just cruise along taking it easy, or progress to kite buggy racing or do freestyle tricks. It’s a little like kite landboarding, except that you sit down on the job! Whichever you chose, you will be well stoked – and you will want to do it again, and again, and again…
All lessons take part with following equpment: PKD Buster Soulfly,Ozone Flow and Flexifoil, Peter Lynn, Libre buggys

A kite buggy is a lightweight, three-wheeled creation that you sit in. There is no attached form of power, so to get moving you need to use your power kite skills. The kite transmits the power of the wind to the buggy wheels, and off you go!
Kite buggying is really easy to learn, as once you have good control over a power kite, you can sit back into a buggy and let the kite puul you around. When seated, you're only about 4 inches off the ground, so the buzz you get when moving is great!
SB Kites is the only kite school in the Dorset coastal area which offers land based power kite lessons, kite buggy lessons and kiteboarding lessons.
